What's your price point? If you are a steak and potatoes guy, try Delmonico's. Considered the best steakhouse on the Strip...but you better get reservations and bring your credit card.

Las Vegas is about doing something different though...living it up. Why don't you try something offbeat? It doesn't have to be Asian. For a new experience, I would suggest L'Atelier at MGM Grand. Again, expensive. The tasting menu is like 13 courses and it runs around $150 without drinks.

Can you tell I like to eat!

Le Village buffet in Paris Las Vegas hotel has the best buffet.
Good price, $13 for breakfast until 11am and $25 for champaigne brunch from 11-3:30pm on sat and sun.
Everything from fresh seafood and flavorful meat to wonderful deserts. My husband doesn't like buffets b/c he doesn't like to eat a lot but he and I stayed there for three hours eating.
I gotta warn you though, the wait is very long.....we waited an hour and a half. But it was definitely worth it!!!
