Running will help burn some fat, but it will also build lots of muscle. You'll prolly lose 30 pounds if you run 4-5 times a week for twenty minutes. If you do olyptical machines they help alot too. If you want to lose weight around your belly do lunges, crunches, and other exercises like that! Hope everything works out for ya :)

You'd need to cut down on how much you eat (If you think you could eat less) because when your body runs out of energy from your food, it turns to any fat you have.
Running is an excellent way to get rid of excess fat, but to lose as much weight as possible, try to run about 3 (less if you really can't) but more if possible and you can pace yourself. Doing this 2 - 4 times a week is good

no one can tell you how much your gonna loose...its entirely up to your drive...you could literally loose 35 pounds in a summer...or you could gain (if you let the new hunger you get from running get control of you)
i run often...and have found that doing 45 minutes a day...of 5 minutes jog 2 minutes walk have been great at sheding pounds...if you can run between 45 to 65 minutes a day....6 days a week...or gonna do great...
if you eat incredibly well and even work out a lil with wieghts you'll practically double your gains...hehe...or losses however you want to see it.

i think running is the best way to loose fats!
run half n hour everyday and reduce ur calorie intake!
u would definetly see a difference in 1 month!!!!!!!

well running is not going to help you get all of it off yea it will help but u have to eat the right....and try other options as well like sit ups and leg lifts~

Running is great, but I would recommend swimming also. Best and most effective sport ever.
