I have been eating buffets nonstop for about a week when I had a school trip to Washington D.C., and before that again nonstop breakfast buffets in Colorado. What should I do to get back to my normal weight without overworking myself or going on any diets? Just small things, not "going to the gym for 3 hours" just regular stuff like take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk instead or taking the bus, stuff like that. Thanks!

Desk isometric exercises, you can do them during the day anywhere. You will also develop better muscle tone.

First, get into the habit of eating smaller portions then walk or run for about 30 minutes a day. This shouldn't take too much effort and you'll see results within two weeks.
