I don't think so, but I think you've posted this question in the wrong topic area. This area is for Religious questions. Here is an example of what should be posted here:
Think about the Ten Commandments - Think of how much you've lied, stolen, lusted, hated, disobeyed your parents etc. Then understand that God will judge you by this standard when you die. If your found guilty on that day, God will send you to Hell. Then think of how kind God is that He sent Jesus Christ to take your punishment while dying on the cross. What you must do is Repent, which means to apologize to God and turn from your sinning ways, put your complete Trust in Jesus Christ. Only through this can you be Forgiven, Saved, and Accepted into Heaven.

Many states have unclaimed funds web sites, but I've not heard of a national one.

If they are asking for your bank account info., your social security number, or for you to send them some money, then you can assume that it is a fraud.

I suspect so if they are telling you you have a claim I would not trust them.
