No... they go to Sheol, or "eternal sleep" where they know nothing, for they are dead.
Ask the JWs about it, they will tell you the whole story 5 times forward and backward and use all sorts of Bible verses from Ecclesiastes to support it.

Your accounts, and my accounts, were deleted the moment we got down on our bended knees and humbly asked for forgiveness at the foot of the cross. Jesus Christ took on our debts and paid them, in full. Our spiritual accounts are now in the trusty hands of the greatest banker of all time, and if we handed over our debts in faith, then heaven will reward us more than we can ever dream. Praise God!
