Yes it is...my husband has lost 20 pounds in three weeks. Mainly he eats a banana and coffee for breakfast, dry tuna or grilled chicken breast for lunch, and salad for dinner. Also he drinks only water through the rest of the day and does exercise like 5 times a week for 50 minutes. Its possible but you really have to commit.

It is not possible, but if you somehow manage that, you will end up becoming really obese afterwards, because there is no way you can burn so much fat in so little time, so you will probably lose muscle and that will make your body accumulate more fat afterwards. I want to earn 1 million dollars in 2 months, but the only way to do that would send me to jail, you know what I mean? Just exercise and eat healthily, no sweets, no fast food, no fried foods, no pizza, and you will lose as much as your body can afford to lose.

it is very unhealthy to loose that much weight in that short of a time
