Guys, is it hard for you to forgive? And do you think my guy will ever forgive me? I have been with him for over a year and he has been 'away' until next month. We had this rule where if i had an " itch" that needed to be "scratched" i could do so up until 6 months time for him to come home. I visited him in November and told him i had had sex with some one and he went off! He later said he forgave me but everytime we are in an argument he throws it in my face. He says he's mad because when i wrote him i said i didnt want anyone but him and he feels i was lying to him. But i wasnt lying to him, that is the truth but he is not here with me and has been 'away' the entire course of our relationship and like a human being i got lonely.
Guys do you think he'll ever forgive me?

Well first, he's in jail and he should be with you. So he doesn't seem like the perfect man, but who is. Now, situations reversed, and answer honestly, what would you do if he did this to you? WOuld you get mad at him even though there was a rule saying you could? If you truly wouldn't get mad, then maybe you need to find someone else because he won't get over it in the long run. It was basically saying "You can do someone else but you can't." It's a little test I guess. He shouldn't be mad cuz you had an agreement but I can see him getting mad. It may be time to start over.

Well I'm not a guy. But I can sort of relate to this because my ex use to be in jail and he thought that he needed only one person out there that he could actually trust. So your boyfriend trusted you with his heart and soul and you cheated on him. Yes hes going to keep on throwing it in your face because hes going to have doubts hes going to test you in so many ways. Maybe one day he will forgive you but don't hold your breath.

I was formulating some great wisdom as I read along. Then I get to the ps. Forget it. Forget him let him rot in prison. You didnt put him there. You were doing your best and he put both of you in this situation by getting put away. If he doesnt forgive you who gives a crap. Man I have so had it with women drooling over cons.

I don't think he'll ever completely forgive you, it will always drive him nuts. It's partly his fault for telling you that you could get satisfaction elsewhere. But that is always a big mistake, it's sure to bring on big problems. In any future relationships, I would never recommend using that rule.

Forgiving is the easy part it is forgetting that is next to impossible. People are not animals. If we want to be true in our hearts we can be .Itch or no itch ! Move on baby, move on.

That is the one thing that you don't ever need to tell the truth about...who, how many, how few you have slept with..you aren't married to the guy and hey if he told you he scratched his itch how would it make you feel ?

The fact that your with some loser who is in jail is not good, but really if he can't forgive you who cares do you wanna be with someone who's in and out of jail with a criminal record?? I would hope not.

Sorry, but when you're in jail you lose all of your priviliges. I mean, being in Iraq or something is one thing, but you get yourself arrested and you're just an idiot. Who cares if he forgives you. Move on to the less convicted.

If you truly loved him itch or not you would have waited for him. Maybe his rule was to test your faithfulness to him...you lost.
If he keeps throwing it up in your face then he has not forgiven you...and more than likely since he hasn't yet he never will.
Learn a lesson from this.
be cool...

jail... uh... keep on with your life. don't follow a love that one day flew away. specially the one that comes from your heart, cuz if they promised or swear to you that is in the past... that's not true, everything will be the same as now. so, spread those wings and just fly away.
