Asparagus and Brussel Sprouts always kill my appetite. Zero calories too if you can't keep them down.

Water is a great appetite suppressant. Most of the time when you feel like you need a snack, you are really dehydrated.

Proteins are good for that and a necessary part of your weight loss program.

2 eggs are one protein serving...I usually boil them, then there is no added fat. Eggs are filling.

Fibre is good, but don't forget to drink plenty of water as well. 100% bran sprinkled over fat free yogurt is filling, as is sprinkling bran over your salad.

Hope this helps.

High-fiber fills you up. That means veggies and whole grains.

Try broth-based soups too.
