Is it just me or does anyone else think she just says the absolute bleedin' obvious?! ''Don't overspend, keep neutral colours, stick to the budget,don't extend or renovate without planning permission'' etc etc. Errrm, yeh no shite Sherlock!! You give her a watch and she tells you the time, and makes out as if she is some kind of great visionary! Jeez, does she actually get paid for that property bollix programme on channel 4?

yeah she does speak the obvious but only because the people on there don't have a clue, dimwits even after giving them sensible advice they still **** it up, I luv it when they find out the hard way and can't sell the property cos they are asking way too much for it etc, too damn bloody minded for their own good most of them.

Sometimes she has to state the obvious because the 'property developers' are so far up their own ar5es they haven't got a clue - did you see her face tonight when she was told about the happy shower!!!
