He's a liar. There wasn't a Feb 29th in 1900 (centennial years - those ending 00 - have to be divisible by 400 to make them leap years).

There was no February 29th in 1900 for reasons that have already been mentioned. In 2000 he would be 99 before the end of February, and 100 after that, but he still couldn't have been born on that day.

Wow, people really don't pay attention. Learn to read! Lol. February 29 is only on a Leap Year, which comes every 4 years. So from 1900-2000, there are 25 leap years. So he would be 25 turning 26 on February 29, 2000.

Jan 1st- Feb 28th 2000, he would be 99
anything later than Feb 28th, he would be 100,
unless this is some goofy Leap Year thing then he would be 25 after Feb 28th 2000.
OK just checked and there was no Feb 29th, 1900......should have checked that first
