Mr. W.D. Brown, the British philosopher, admits in his ‘Superiority of the Vedic Religion’ as under :
“Vedic religion recognises but one God. It is a thoroughly scientific religion, where religion and science meet hand in hand Here theology is based on science and philosophy.”
- W.D. brown
God has no image. Yajur Veda 32/3
(i) (a) Doctrine of ‘three in one’ and ‘three equal to one’

Unlike Vedic religion, which is pure Monotheism, Holy Bible preaches the doctrine of Trinity, i.e. the existence of three Gods : God, the Father, God, the Son (Christ) and God, the Holy Ghost (Spirit). The Christians believe that each God is equal in power and glory, and that these three are one. Thus Christianity revolves round the theory of ‘three in one’ and ‘three equal to one’. And they still call it ‘monotheism’ ! They claim that their doctrine of Trinity or Trinitarianism amounts to monotheism.
(b) Three Entities are one

(b) Three Entities are one
The New Testament says

1. “7. For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost; and these three are one.”
- 1 John, 5/7
The above text appears on page 1279 of the authorised (King James) version of the Holy Bible printed by the Gideons International in U.S.A. in 1979. But, later on it is omitted from the Bible. In this connection W.P. Ball and G.W. Foote write in their ‘The Bible Handbook’ as under :
“This verse, being demonstrated a forgery, is omitted from the Revised Version. It is the only text distinctly asserting the doctrine of the Trinity, which is really a Christian invention or development of later date than the Bible.”31

Yes Hinduism is totally different in approach.

There are many gods, forming a very well represented hirearchy. and finally headed by the supreme.

This is acceptable, because This gives representation of a structure, a team headed by Supreme, and many powerful gods in different positions.

Depends on how you take the word "god" as. Gods need not be supreme, and all powerful. But supreme god is beyond all.

Vishnu,Brahma and shiva are derived powers from one of the Supremes energy that enters every manifested universe.

So, if we have 10 universes as example for this discussion ( actually we have infinite though ) Than 10 Energy expansions from Hari, enters these 10 Universes Respectively, and then The 10 energy expansions, Derive 10 Sets of Vishnu, Brahma and Shiva respectively for these Universes. And form there, The other gods Begin to derive.

But never the less, Christianity is different, and i sincerely feel this is a misconception .Jews interpretation of Bible is more accurate. Because Christians believe, All three entities of trinity are in full glory and power Which cannot happen to exist. May be a glitch when coping this to form Christianity form other sources. but thats okie, such misconceptions can be understood and corrected.

( Note : the latest details about forgery is what i exactly meant, When the old testament proved to be supporting more than one gods, These guys started modifying and such statements were added. And those which were highly opposed were removed in the course of time.

These are actions of corruption, as you can see it transparently )

You likely won't get much cogent discussion since you're comparing scriptures from incompatible belief systems. Christians already get grief from Jews, Muslims and even themselves over their particular interpretation of "monotheism". At the same time, Hinduism has its own triune godhead: Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva, from which all the other Hindu "gods" derive. In its purest, vedic form, there is only Brahman, not even Atman, but as corporeal beings living in a corporeal world, it is hard to speak meaningfully in such pure terms.

Compare the long-developed Christian destiny of the "Beatific Vision" or unity with and submersion into God. Is this not similar to the idea of Moksha? Each family of faiths have similar concepts on similar levels. At their purest, there is one "deity". At an intermediate level, this deity is expressed in three aspects, oriented to past, present and future. And at the lowest, most complex level there is a multiplicity of gods/saints to help us in particular ways.

To be sure, there are many differences in the details, but how do the core concepts turn out to be so similar in structure? Is it something in human nature to construct these ideas? Perhaps rather than finding fault with the particulars of another faith, it would be better to make sure one is spearking on the same spiritual level and look for commonalities.

The Bible does NOT teach of a "Trinity". That is wholly from man.

There is only ONE "GOD" and His name is YHVH. Christianity holds to a "trinity", but they are sadly mistaken. Now can you have three Gods when YHVH says there is "none other" besides Him? Christian fallacy. What "Christian" really means will have to wait for another discussion.
Shalom.

I am a father to my children, a husband to my wife and I write here to express myself. I am known by different people in different ways, in relationships and written and spoken expressions. Even though I am known by different people in different ways, I am still me! Only one Me!!!

Only one God.

Expressed in different ways.

Trinity.
