parents special day?

its their 16 anniversary and we wanted to to all this stuff like make a funny song ,gormet didder and also getting them their favorite xcake that says happy....but my brother doest want us to do it he says to just leave them alone.but me and my sisters want to do somthing special.....problem is my brothers the one with a car and lisence. what do we do?
