If right now Im 13 years old and I run a 15 sec 100 meter dash you think in the future when I grow up and I start training from now you think I'll probaly get to a 9.76 100 meter dash

Don't give him the odds of slim to none. You can do anything if you believe in yourself. It's the hardest thing in the world to believe in something with all of your heart and when you do it's a miracle. You can do it. If you need inspiration like I did. Check out the story of Steve Prefontaine(greatest running legend ever). He has two movies called Prefontaine and Witout Limits. After seeing his story I shave my mile time from 6:05 in 7th grade to 4:48 in 8th grade. Also check out the book Once a Runner, great story. Good Luck

Congratulations on your successful dash!!! It is so great that you are athletic!! Great job!!! I feel anything is possible. All you have to do is put your mind to it. Why wait until the future? Keep practising and do the things you need to do in order to achieve your goal. It may be a hard thing to achieve but don't let that get in the way of what you love to do. It's very unlikely, and 15 seconds is not a spectacular time for a 13 year old. But work hard, and you never know what might transpire

9.76 is the world record time as you know...
the ladies above probably did not know that when they wrote their encouraging words.
odds are slim to none!
