I am on a strict balanced diet. I had oatmeal for breakfast. I don't know what to make for dinner.

Spaghetti with marinara, and french bread with a bit of olive oil on a small plate sprinkle Italian seasoning over it, serve with fresh fruit and some type of low calorie vegetable Instructions: Cook Pasta according to package; then heat your sauce in a small saucepan, place pasta on a plate cover in the heated sauce. Garnish with or without baby carrot slices and your choice of season. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

buy those pizza crust add pesto instead of sauce grilled chicken spinach tomatoes mushrooms fresh mozzarella and bake 350 till it melts so good for you

chicken breast , slap on lite italian salad dressing, george forman grill. frozen steam- fresh veggies (in the bag) very healthy in like ten mins.

Autumn Chicken serves 4 Calories: 228

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened cranberries
1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened blueberries
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch

DIRECTIONS

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Brown chicken on both sides and remove from skillet. Reserve.

To skillet add cranberries, blueberries, lemon juice, water, sugar and cornstarch. Mix together and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low, stirring constantly.

Return chicken to skillet and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.

Remove cover, stir again and continue simmering until thick, adding salt to taste.
