Think about this for a second.
In order to be in the Book of Life, one must be absolutely sinless. Otherwise, why the need for a messiah the way Christians claim one came?
As such, there's only one name in that Book, according to Christian teaching, and ya'll have to sneak in under it so God can't see it's really you. It's bloody camoflage.

I don't think it's up to you. The book was written even before you were made. But "those he foreknew he called, those he called he justified, those he justified he saved"
Just stay on the straight and narrow path. If you stray, God will pull you back according to His plan. He knows who are His.
