ok so I have lost alot of weight.
I lose about .4 pounds a day! but I do it healthily (I exercise alot, and eat right) I am not starving myself by any means.
but I am really afraid I will gain the weight I have lost so far right back on? Do you think I will gain it back if I stop (in August) exercising as hard as I am now but still exersicing?

if this has anything to do with anything I am:
5'3 116.6lbs and 13 years old. and in the past 3-4 weeks I have lost 5 pounds?

to get permanent results you have to make permanent lifestyle changes.
if you are losing it healthily and eating enough then you are losing fat - its not comming back. if you lose weight by starving yourself then it comes back because it wasnt fat you lost.

This is tricky! You have lost a lot of weight quickly! What I would recommend is regular exercise, and eating healthily (though slightly more than when you were losing weight.) Choose low-fat options. Don't go straight back to chocolate and crisps or whatever- you'll gain the weight back in no time or even put on more!

Congratulations on your weight loss!!! :) As long as you exercise at least 30 mins a day 5 times a week cardio and do some light weights you should be able to maintain your goal weight. Do you have a specific goal in mind and don't forget you are still a growing young woman so you may even with the exercise and new food lifestyle.

One of my good friends lost 170 pounds with this cleanse!!!!!!….Of course it took 10 months, but still….she looks 20 years younger and says she feels great….I only need to lose about 30 pounds,………I actually just ordered mine a couple days ago!!....check out this site……
