ok so I have lost alot of weight.
I lose about .4 pounds a day! but I do it healthily (I exercise alot, and eat right) I am not starving myself by any means.
but I am really afraid I will gain the weight I have lost so far right back on? Do you think I will gain it back if I stop (in August) exercising as hard as I am now but still exersicing?
if this has anything to do with anything I am:
5'3 116.6lbs and 13 years old. and in the past 3-4 weeks I have lost 5 pounds?
