if she really loved you, she wouldnt tell you that you had to get rid of your beloved lenny. instead she would try to work something out with you. like saying he is only allowed in certain rooms and he can only spend a certain amount of time in the house, the rest of the time he should be outside. and for him to be trained to give your girl her space.
but if you really think about it, she would only be moving out if you decide to keep him, she isnt breaking up with you, thats not a big deal and it means you get to keep both of them.
i would say that if she is going to be that selfish, you should kick her out. you never know, she could cheat on you or dump you the week after you give lenny up, then you lose both ways. lenny on the other hand will never break your heart or tell you that your girl needs to move out cause she stinks. lenny is a for sure thing till death do you part! the girl, she isn't necessarily going to stay with you. what else is she going to try to control. and if you stay with her forever, that means you will never be a dog owner again, and dont you love having a dog companion.
i think you should pick lenny!

This is a tricky one. LOL. I don't like animals that much either. And if your dog gives your girlfriend allergies, that's not good. Maybe you could have a certain area in the house that is for your dog. Someplace that your girlfriend doesn't usually go in. If that doesn't work, you might want to sell your dog to a nice family that will take good care of it. I definitely wouldn't want to lose someone that i loved over an animal. Try to come to a solution that makes both of you happy. Good luck!

Your girlfriend seems to have forgotten you was there first. She knew you had a dog. The girl may leave but your dog is the one thing you can count on. Either she deals with it or make other arrangements in her life. Sounds she has a issue with anything or anyone between you and her. The girl needs to adjust. Your call. The dog should not suffer for your recent fling.

That's tough. My dogs were always part of my family and guys I dated knew I had them soon after we began dating. Just like I am TERRIBLY allergic to cats so make that known to any guys I date that have them. They can then know we'll have to work around it (as in I can't stay at their house) or go our separate ways if the cat is important to them.
She's known for a long time now that you had a dog...if she couldn't be around dogs or didn't want to be, she should've told you as soon as she learned about Lenny.
I'd try to find a compromise but I wouldn't discard a canine friend for a girlfriend or boyfriend. It would be different if you were already together and you were thinking of getting one...but he's been with you longer than she has (and is likely to be with you long after she's gone).

If you really like her, a human is worth more than a dog. Give the dog to a friend, and then you can still see the dog when you see the friend, and if you break up down the road then you can ask your friend for the dog back. You said the dog was there for you, but if you don't let him go anywhere else, then it isn't really his choice. Pick the girlfriend, especially if she is hot.

I know plenty of people who are really skinny and have that too. It's just how your body is. There's nothing wrong with it and truthfully, you're the only one who notices it and points it out. Don't worry about it! And if a guy seriously has a problem with it, then he's just a tool and not worth your time.

She knew you had the dog before she started "practically" living with you. She has no right to tell you to change your whole life. Find yourself a lady that likes animals like you do.

As much as this hurts me to say, take the dog.
Are you going to take the dog to the pound or try to give it away?
You may love this girl, but there is a lot of incompatibility issues here at stake

It's not her fault that she's allergic to dog... How would you feel if it was you who has the allergy? It would be uncomfortable you know... If she's really the one for you, then you should give up your dog... If it was just casual date or whatever, then dump her.
