if you have an ipod, you can download this podcast called Podrunner and they have remixes good for running, cycling, walking and other fast paced exercise... you can also determine how much beats per minute you are running... anyway, if you dont have an iPod, they also have a website where u can download the music and save it on your player.... just search Podrunner... i think it www.djsteveboy.com

My favorite playlist for my 6AM long runs:

Survivor- Eye of the Tiger
Nelly- Heart of A Champion
Van Halen- Jump
The Who- Baba O'reilly
Jay-Z- 99 Problems
Matchbox Twenty- Real World
Linkin Park- Easier to Run

I try to listen to a variety, but I'm not a huge fan of country so...

upbeat music and dance or rock music that keeps you motivated and excited
-i would be careful about running in crowded areas with headphones on because it can be dangerous- my cross country coach used to tell us about a girl who was hit by a car because she couldnt hear it and another who was attacked by a man who came from behind her- but you never know if what he says is true-lol
have fun running :)

I like to listen to Group 1 Crew while I work out. Some of their songs songs are a little slower, but most are fast enough.

I'm going to throw a few names out there.....Barry Manilow, Neil Diamond and New Kids on the Block.

Why? Because all of their music is rediculous which is fitting because it's also rediculous to run for fun?

If god wanted us to run, he wouldn't have invented cars. However, in my car I prefer to listen to Sublime or Bloodhound Gang.

i've got been given mine as maximum suitable purchase, they have a sturdy warantee coverage they sell with it. i think of you will get diverse headphones, yet i admire those that got here with it. i could get a white one because of the fact the black one I even have gets grimy honestly. and likewise purchase a case because of the fact they scratch honestly. they make an incredible little stretchy textile like one for it that protects it super!
