you shouldn't lose more than 10lbs in a month it's unhealthy. Not to mention the amount of binge dieting it would require would just cause you to gain the weight back as soon as you stopped dieting. Liposuction might be able to do it but I'm sure there are many health repercussions with that as well.

You can't. You can only lose 4-8 pounds a month at the most.

It's not going to happen. Why would you want to lose THAT much weight THAT fast? Even if it was possible it SURE would NOT be healthy. Ten pounds a month is reasonable.

dont eat, well you can eat breakfast like maybe a serving of apple sauce. But, thats it if you want to lose this much weight in such a short period of time. Also you must drink alot of water!!! and exercise is a must, 2 hours a day and take a multi vitamin, sure this really isn't healthy at all but if you really want to go for it thats how. ITS NOT IMPOSSIBLE

u can eat certain food u excersice daily or go to the gym for example if u want a snack u can eat veges or fruit u can drink v8 u can wake up early in the morning andjust walk around and when u just sitting there doing nothing u do arm strech or streches or u can do a 2000 caloreis that can work to because that mean u can eat wut u want just dont eat over it and dont drink slim fast cuz they dont work that just something u lose monry on and dont do lose fat pills that will stress u out and u shouldnt worrying about ur size because u will always look pretty no matter wut u do u should always rember that if u big ,skinny, gay , lesbian, it doesnt matter i will always want to be ur friend only if u want me too looks arent everthing

Cut both your legs and your arms off. There is no possible way, you can only safely lose 1-2 lbs. a week

That would require reducing your caloric intake by 5833 calories per day for 30 days (50lbs*3500calories/30days). I doubt that you even eat that much now.
The only way is to amputate a leg.
