OMG yes, it's annoying!
i like to cut them off and try to make them go off the side of the road (and laugh!). i know how mean it sounds, but it's for PASSING. and if they don't understand that or can't get off the phone long enought to pay attention to their speed (or lack thereof) it's not my problem - it's theirs - and that's what they get. PAY ATTENTION and get off the phone!
turn your turn signal on. AS soon as you see a space (you don't necessarily have to be able to fit your car into the space) go for it. you have your turn signal on. if you get rear ended it's the person in back's fault for following too closely.
so there.

It's annoying to no end...and dangerous too. In some states, its' actually against the law. They make the traffic laws the way they are for a reason...if there's a lot of traffic and people are passing and driving in whatever lane they want it becomes so hectic! Imagine a world where everyone drove in the right lane and used the left for passing only....well...I don't think I can!

I call that "Playing Traffic Cop"... In some places, that could get you killed. I believe that if you're doing the speed limit or less, you need to be in the right lane. But, there's also nothing so important in my life that I need to drive 100 MPH for.

Yeah I can't stand that!! Usually my anger gets the better of me and I end up cutting them off when I get a chance, but I know I should just be patient. I just moved from Miami, which was just ranked as the city with the rudest drivers in the US, so that was something I had to deal with just about every time I drove. You can honk, your horn, flash your lights, or do whatever, but they act like it's their God given right to be in that lane. That's what annoys me so much. No consideration for other drivers.

That's why it's called a speed LIMIT, not a "guide." Someone doing the speed limit in any lane is perfectly within their rights.
Having said that, someone who is going slower than the flow of traffic should be considerate enough to move over to the right. A hotheaded lawbreaker who is trapped behind them may cause an accident otherwise.

That is very annoying. They are supposed to move over for faster moving vehicles. I have found this rule is often disregarded in the mornings on my way to work, maybe because there is just too much traffic.

haha Dude, your questions are awesome. Yes, it's annoying. You're supposed to flash your lights or beep or something... But I don't think anybody does that. I just try to let him know by getting close to his bumper a few times... It doesn't work.
