If you were to find that you are 'The One'...
How would you handle it?

If I realise...that i am "The One"... what is left to handle ?????
the problem arises when I see myself as many!!!

I have already come to this realizations that I am The One BIG Fool. So That is why I have accepted A. C. Bhaktivedatna Prabhupada who came to deliver Fools like me. I hate to be so puffed up to think that I could be the Biggest fool, that would just be another aspect of my false ego. So I would have to say one of Many. No one is The One accept The Supreme Personality of Godhead namely Krishna Though he has many different names in different traditions. Krishna is the source of all His Names and forms. So He is The One. for info go to harekrishnatemple.com Read Bhagavad Gita as it is By Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada- One of many Great Spiritual Masters who have come and Gone to save the fallen Conditioned souls. Krishna,Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. The One True God.

There are three things .Scene.seeing and seer.
Similarly knowledge,knowing and knower.
All the Indian scriptures (,Upanishads ,Bhagavath geeta,Vashishta geeta or Yoga vaashstam etc) repeatedly declare that you are that (tatvam asi)
It has been read several times and several ways that you have to realise that there is only one thing in the universe by knowing which there is nothing left to be known,by seeing which there is nothing left to be seen and by realising which there is nothing left to be realised.
But it is not that easy to realise, or get that knowledge.But our pursuit is towards that goal.
Suppose there is a sugar doll, having power of knowing and experiencing and seeing..Suppose that there is a crystal clear tub with very clear water in it, at let us assume the water is THAT or HE .The doll has jumped into the tub after several trails .What happens.?.The doll disappears and merges with water.we can't see it.but we know it the doll is there.Though the doll has power of experiencing,knowing, what can it say?It can not say as it lost its identity and merged with THAT.It became one with THAT.
So any person who realises (not experiences , as if you experience you are there differently standing along with your experience) loses all his sensory powers and becomes speechless and will be silent.He will be unable to speak .
That is what I think the meaning of ONE.
There is nothing to handle after that.

I am convinced, through reading, through various insights and through having some 'enlightened' friends, that we are ALL The One.
I am just busting to find out how I will handle that when I am shown it personally.

Your phrasing of a person being " The One " . . . interesting thought. The One already Is...as we are.
How would that be " handled " ? . . . There would be nothing to " handle " . . . Being in that place of " discovery " one would simply Be . . . no thought to " handle " anything. It simply Is.

I am 'the one.' And you are 'the one.' We are all the centre of our own universe. Many people will come & go, share things, teach us & leave. The we will leave this life alone & continue on the journey.
So each one of us can truly say we are 'the one.'

So discussing "if one were to find out" is irrelevant because being one is simply known, through and through by the one! :-)
Two will recline on a couch one will die and one will live.

it seems to me like you're asking "the one" as in that one special someone, that one love, that "soul mate"... if i found that one, i think i would do as the one person said, and end my search and enjoy my treasure, and both of us lift eachother higher and higher, while trying to simultaneously elevate all life with our actions thoughts and words.
