Brussels is the capital of Belgium and could be the principal seat of the Belgian Royal Family and, also the capital of the European Union and if you wish to know it then this is the place hotelbye . Brussels is an amazingly little, easy-going, and human-sized city for several its importance. Unlike anthers city with their millions of tourists, Brussels is Belgium's principal economic and instructional heart, which provides the town an even more workaday feel than different towns. Here, in Brussels, if you would decide to visit, you will receive a correct sense for Belgian living, specially their wonderful cafe and café culture. Even though Brussels might not have the star attractions of other Belgian areas, the capital has more than enough to help keep visitors entertained for a couple of days with a clutch of world-class museums and art galleries, as well as quirkier views including the Atomium, and some great remnants of old structure in the previous city quarter.

brussel sprouts ..it may look like lettuce but it packs a much larger wallop as far as taste goes . I like to cut them in half and coat them in a light olive oil and minced garlic . Don't forget salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste ......roast at 350 degrees in a preheated oven stirring once in twenty five to thirty minutes.... Yum

I think you may be referring to brussel sprouts. I think of them as looking like mini-cabbages...probably because their texture and taste is more similar to cabbage than lettuce. However, whether they look like lettuce or cabbages, I simply *adore* them!!! Plain or fancy, I'll put them on my plate any day.
