Tell them to send you half of your prize first, and then you will send them the money. I'd love to see their faces when they read that haha

But it is a fraud, we have things like that in the U.S. do not trust it. report them as soon as possible so no one will send them any money.

It is a scam.

You send them money and then get nothing in return.

Another version which is nastier is that they send you a check for a fairly good amount, lets say $5000. You are told that is the first payment but you are required to pay for fees and taxes and legal services and bribes and whatnot out of that, however upon completion of these you will receive the rest of the money. You are instructed to cash that check and send $4000 by wire to some destination they choose. You think, hey what is the gamble, it is their money. You do as they say and wait. You never hear back from them, but you hear from the bank. That check was bogus and you need to give the $5000 back to the bank.

Also, these guys can steal your identity or get access to you bank account with information that they ask for. Plus, downloading stuff from them or going to their site will probably put lots of spyware or viruses on your computer.

Leave them alone.

Did you enter the lottery?, no, then how can you have won?. It is a fraud, a con, a deceit, a trick, a hoax, a ruse,a rip off, an embezzlement.
Stick to the one in the UK. Try the Euro lottery, it has been very lucky for me, 4 times over!

I've won about 3 lotteries according to letters I've received.
They are obviously seeking gullible people like you though who actually start to wonder is it true.

Really, I thought I was the luckiest guy in the world. I win 2 to 3 lotteries every day - and I don't even buy a ticket!

Seriously - stay away from

I know you don't want to hear this, but it's a scam, a fraud, a sting, and attempt to part you from your money. Yes, they found your address - electoral roll, an old envelope you chucked away - who knows ?

In your heart you know it's not for real, but part of you wants to believe it to be true, because it would be nice.

But it isn't, you will lose loads of money, shred the letter now.

I got that one too. Does it sound a bit odd to you that we have both won the same painting. I wonder how many other people have 'won' the same picture! Scam, Scam, Scam.

Stop, think: did you enter a lottery? You can't win one you didn't enter.

And anything that asks you for cash up front is a scam.
