No. Jesus said that some are born eunuchs and some make themselves eunuchs for the Gospel sake.
This isn't a teaching all can comprehend.
The promised comforter came on the day of Pentecost. When Jesus returns, it will be after the Gospel has been preached & published in the whole world & the abomination of desolation/ the son of lawlessness/ the antichrist rules. These antichrists will be destroyed by the Glory of Jesus Christ return and the Word of His mouth.

First of all, it isn't "one generation" idiot. It's "this generation". Generation, in the context of the scripture you are alluding to, does not mean literally generation. Specifically Jesus was talking to the Jews and if you go and look at the original word in Greek it also means geneology or people group, specifically the Jews. So he was saying he would return before the end of the Jews as a people. But I think you brought this miniscule argument to support your overall dislike of Christians and Christianity. It was a very weak and pathetic attemp at making a point.

Have you ever seen a generation more arrogant, and egocentric as our generation?. Still I do think that He was talking to the Angels one more time. It took many centuries since the promise of the Messiah to the Jews for Jesus to come.
Ephesians 6:12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

"Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. 33 Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door. 34 I tell you the truth, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. 35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away." (from Matthew 24)
He's speaking to the disciples here, so I see no other way to interpret the passage. Christians must tell themselves that he's speaking to them, however, as if whoever wrote the book of Matthew in 70-100 A.D. actually knew anything Jesus said anyway.

Total insanity since this has been MIS-interpreted!
Jesus simply explained that the generation that saw the things He described WOULD see His return. Got it?
"My people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge".

Not "one generation." During the life of the people present:
Matthew 16:28
I tell you the truth, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom."
Mark 9:1
And he said to them, "I tell you the truth, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the kingdom of God come with power."
Luke 9:27
I tell you the truth, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the kingdom of God."
