If you had a job and you are not the Supervisor nor Manager and everyone in your department is a temp worker, What would you say about yourself during your Performance Review, if you are basically in charge of the whole department and you train all new employees in the department and answer all their questions in regards to work whenver ever the Sup. is not available. I'm just trying to use good descriptive words. Mature only please

That you have the duties of an unofficial Department Lead.

Mentor and train new hires.

Manage normal operations when Supervisor not available.

Make decisions and direct work from an experienced worker level - with understanding of when to escalate issues.

I would say that with my knowledge and experience, I have been available to new hires to guide and explain company policies and rules. Directed and trained such employees and oversaw the department in the absence of the supervisor. Have received many kind words for my efforts from both management and employees. (If you have--otherwise, drop the last sentence.)

I would start with. Fill in as ________ department supervisor on a regular basis in their absence. Train new empolyees as well as answer all questions reguarding work.
