if u dont have custody order and father wont let u see ur child what can u do?

he came and picked her up from alabama where i live and when i came to spend time with her alone he tells me no and that he wont allow it but he doesent have full custody

Go to the child support court and have a custody order placed.

take him to court and get a custody order

File for custody.
