I met a girl the other day in my summer class and we've become friends...I think. Anyway this girl is pretty cute and I'd like to get to know more about her. We've talked some about the class and the college where we go and stuff like that but I dont want our conversations to get old. What can we talk about to keep things interesting? Something that can spurn a real conversation.

Thanks!

What you did on the weekend is always a good coversation point - that would be good for Mondays at least.

You can talk a bit about your family too...what do you do in your spare time? etc....

Hope that helps, good luck.

Well just really pay attention to stuff she says and use some of that to talk about .. like maybe for example things she like a certain team or movies she may like .. ask her ?'s about herself ... tell her stuff bout u u would like for her to know .. im sure u can keep up the conversation and get to know her at the same time ..

I think you want to SPAWN a real covnversation.

You can talk about
music
sports
majors
the class prof
how much your dorm room sucks and hwo much you wish you had an apt.
the school cafeteria (everyone ends up hating it)
hobbies
the bar scene
the frat/sorority scene and how stupid it really is to pay for friends

That oughta keep you talking for a while.

Well ask her to be a study buddy OUTSIDE of class. Then just be yourself. Whatever comes to mind, talk about it. Where is she from? siblings?pets?sports?mom and dad?like to travel? Simple conversation that can also lead to in depth conversation. Play it by ear.

girls like to tell storys so ask her questions bout her self and eventually she will rant off on a whole story bout some experience. then you'll slowly get to know her. throw in your own storys and details bout your self. and if you click then there is a new relationship brewin' up!

see what she is interested in you may find something there to talk about, but if you get on well you should find that your conversations carry on anyway. x

THE BEST WAY TO GET A GOOD CONVERSATION STARTED IS TO ASK HER ABOUT WHAT SHE LIKES , WHAT SHE WANTS OUT OF LIFE, IF THAT DOESNT START A CONVERSATION NOTHING WILL.

Tell her you are going to get some coffee, ask her if you can get her some, or if she would like to go along.....
