persians have long hair, and are kind of chubby. Siamese are long, skinny and have short hair. They also have brown noses, ears, and sometimes the tips of their tails and paws will be brown.

Siamese have long square-jawed faces, china blue eyes, and usually a mask and ears and tail of a dark color, while the majority of their long thin body is a fawn or grey color. Persians are shorter, have luxurious long fur, usually a small face, sometimes appearing to be pushed in, and their eyes are small.

Persians are long haired, and can be many colors. Their faces are usually kinda flat, and their tails are really puffy. Their hair is super long

Now, there is a breed called HIMILAYAN, which is a cross between persians and siamese. They ahve the long hair, puffy tail, flat face, and body shape of a persian, but they have the colors of a siamese. They're gorgeous. My mom has 2 of them. Here's pictures of Himilayans

Persians are flat faced and fluffy where as the traditional Siamese cat has a very thin bone structure with a narrow face and short, rough hair.
