O.K., so I’m 14 years old, I am 5 feet 9 inches and I weigh 155 pounds, and I am trying to lose 15-20 pounds before the school year starts.
I run track and cross country like an maniac, and I dance like I’m going to die tomorrow, I also play tennis. A lot of my weight is muscle, but I look kind of bulky.
My thighs are full of a lot of muscle, but my inner thighs rub together and I still have fat on my thighs (but everyone wants my legs), they are long though
My measurements are 36-27-37
Can I please have some tips on losing weight, because I already exercise for like 3 hours a day!!

I dont think you need to lose any weight, from description your body sounds great. I am 6ft tall and i weight about 175-180lbs - nobody would ever guess my weight because i have a lot of lean muscle - people usually guess it at least 30lbs lighter.
Dont look at the scale (i dont even have one) - it doesnt tell you in what a good shape you are or how much muscle you have - it only shows number and the only person who needs to know it is your doctor to decide how much medication you need (if you need).
Anyway - this is what im following every day to keep myself healthy and in shape
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

it depends on how much developed you are. 16 is kind of late to be "just starting" but it is possible. have you had a wet dream yet? if not, your body might not be ready for this. you can email me if you want to discuss youe particular situation but here is some basic advice. there is a muscle between yolur legs, if you peniis is like half hard you can make it stiffer by tensing this muscle. you need to tense this muscle when you stroke. tense and stroke for 10 to 20 seconds, then relax a few sec, then repreat. speed about 1 to 2 strokes per second. then if you start to feel a tingling, or like you need to pee, then don't stop, start stroking as fast as you can for as long as you can, and that might be enough to push you over the edge to climax. hope this helps. I am a parent.

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.mylnation.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck!

The real key to weight loss comes from diet. Have you been watching your diet closely?
Keep in mind, women tend to store fat in their hips and thighs just from genetics so it's normal to be somewhat "unproportional" in that regard.

Maybe you don't need to lose weight, just tone your muscles. If you do pilates it'll lengthen your muscles so you don't look so bulky.

Wow, you are so unappreciative of your healthful ways. You need to change your body image. You don't need to lose weight.
