i have had this stomach ache for about 2 weeks i was constipated but frm yesterday onwards i have diahroea. my stomach doesn't hurt as much anymore it hurts a bit on the right side of my belly button and the right side of my waistt yesterday it was makig funny nosies help its hurts a bit still it feels a bit sore

this stomach ache started when my headaches when away this happened last time as well helppp i don't have loss of appetite and i am not ill i feel hot though

it sounds like you have irritable bowel syndrome. These are definitely the symptoms. You need to see your medical doctor as soon as possible. You need to get a diagnosis of what you have. If I will have panadol Ill opt for headache. But if there is no panadol I pick the discomfort of belly than headache. Headaches make me throw up >_<" and mostly the panadol does not paintings and I cannot sleep and so forth while I can nonetheless role with belly anguish.
