It's the same mistake Jesus contemporaries made. They thought He came to free them from the Roman Empire. Some Christians today continue this distorted view by attempting to force their beliefs on others by passing laws and thereby create their own heaven on earth.

What standards?Who set them up?There are moral absolutes in God's Word.And there is moral relativism that changes as the wind blows.It's utter insanity to "go with the flow".

because they just don't understand or get the teachings of Jesus Christ. And society has a great power over people and their way of thinking.
