that's not right. You need to contact the police immediatly. If he's done it to you he's problaby done it to someone else. This needs to stop. Your father is as guilty as your cousin. They need to be sent to jail.

Regardless of what you dad says or does in this situation, what happened to you and your sister is a CRIME and you should report it to the police. If your dad gets mad at you, too bad. That's his problem. You need to look out for yourself! You and your sister need to stick together thru this - for the sake of each other.
