no never had that happen..i used itunes and CCleaner everyday....i even have all the boxes checked to erase crap...and it doesnt erase any music....it wouldnt.....

No, i think CCleaner didnt.
Make sure you recheck file names before delete those crap, so you wont lost your files, but im sure CCleaner only delete unnecessary files.

complain to the software developers,, you should copy all your files to another folder and name it mymusic downloads...
