Many Christians & Jews don't know that Muslims believe in their prophets and holy books. Muslims believe that the Bible and the Torah were changed by people for their personal benefits. This is why God sent Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, not with a new religion, but to correct the people who had gone astray, those who were worshipping idols and being misguided by their forefathers.
Islam is the last message to the world and God wants the miracle of Islam to be witnessed by the people from Prophet Muhammad's, peace be upon him, time till the day of Judgment. The miracle is the Qu'ran, Muslims holy book.

no elmjunburke the Quran is the truth
Why is the Qur'an a miracle ?
1- The Qu'ran is an untouchable book : After 1400 years, from the begining of Prophet Muhammad's, peace be upon him, message, the Qu'ran has not changed in any way, even as a matter of one charachter. Prooving this is very easy, since you can compare all the versions of the Qu'ran everywhere in the world and you will find them all the same. God ensured that this book would be saved from any changes attempted by human beings. God said in the Qur'an : " We have, without doubt, sent down the Message; and We will assuredly guard it (from corruption)"

2- The Qu'ran contains many scientific facts that have been discovered recently using computer systems and microscopes. Many scientists have attended conferences dealing with this subject and have themselves accepted Islam. These same scientists have said that it is not possible that Muhammad, peace be upon him, an illiterate man, who lived 1400 years ago, could have discovered such things on his own. God said in the Qur'an : "Soon will We show them Our Signs in the (furthest) regions (of the earth), and in their own souls, until it becomes manifest to them that this is the Truth. Is it not enough that thy Lord doth witness all things" ( Quran 41:53 )

3- The Qu'ran, which is in Arabic, was revealed to the people of the Arabian Gulf who invented the Arabic language. Through Muhammad, peace be upon him, Allah challenged the people who claimed that a human wrote it to emulate such a book. No one from the time of the Prophet till now could write a book that contained the many scientific facts, miracles and similar effects on people that the Qu'ran did and still does today.

4- The Qu'ran had not one Arabic grammar mistake, which was recognized by the disbelievers at the time of the Prophet, who were the founders of the Arabic language.
These are a few examples of why Muslims believe in the Qur'an.
Here are some verses from God to Muslims encouraging them to invite the People of the Book ( Jews and Christians to Islam ):
God said : {Say: "O People of the Book! Why reject ye the Signs of Allah, when Allah is Himself witness to all ye do?} (Quran 3:98)
God tell Muslims to say : {..'We believe in that which had been revealed to us and revealed to you, and our God and your God is One, and unto Him we surrender} (Quran 29:46)

Moses (peace be upon him) was sent by allah to guide the brutal then israelis .
Jesus (peace be upon him) was the son of mary (peace be upon her) was sent as prophet for guiding the people of israel who had been so misguided and ruthless.
Allah gave Jesus (peace be upon him) the power to heal people diseases with his healing touch as the period of his prophecy had many diseases and many violent events.
Allah gave this lovable prophet who was so kind hearted and generous that people start to beleive him and accept him as messenger.
we all are god's creations. when we start moving away creating our own god's and belief there are hell lot of chances of confusion and chaos among us.....god does not want this....he wants all his creations to believe in him not in any thing else...beleive in the creator not in the creations.
if all of us put our brains thinking why we are here?
then the truth is understood and clarity is attained...
this is islam and the its aim is to unify people.....

Different religions and spiritualitites have their different beliefs. Most are similar in some respects, just change the names, places, and the story is basically the same.
Theres no telling why Muslims believe what they do or why Christians believe what they do. They just do. They look toward the skies for answers. They look through their holy books for answers. They read and they interpret the same words differently and rewrite the book into their own inetrpretations so the whole thing gets twisted. Who knows what the truth is? Nobody does. And that's the truth. How can they?
As long as they believe something and it works out well for them and nobody gets hurt because of it, then it's all good. That's my take.

They believe that Mohammed's revelation - via an angel - is from God. If you read the Koran it is an emotionally pleasing book. The ideas, which are part-correct in my opinion, are very plausible and logical-seeming. Also there is some threat of becoming apostate - the Koran blesses the killing of such people.
Certainly christians wouldn't accept the Koran's validity as the teachings deny fundamental teachings of the gospel with respect to the important matter of eternal salvation, and Christ's significance.
Jews have their own covenant, and would wonder how Mohammed got his authority, him not being a Jew; they are looking for the Messiah to come, but he will be Jewish.

Hmm. When you look around, there seem to be a lot of truth in it. Muslim people pray themselves to Allah. Christians go to church and want the preacher to pray for them. Look at the Christian churches where preachers are living in 10,000 sq/ft homes, driving a Bently, private jets, etc. The people are not worshipping GOD, they are worshipping the preacher, believing everything he says without question.
Isn't this hyprocrisy is what Jesus stood against? It maybe that Jesus died on the cross and people failed to follow HIS footsteps. So, GOD may have created Islam to give the people new direction.
What I do know is that the practices of churches today is all about bigger and better business and it is not doing the communities any good other than providing a false sense of hope. They are just 501 3(c) organizations out to make profits with the preacher as a legalized PIMP.

I'm no longer going to criticise any type of faith right here... thats overdone. If you did not get it by means of now, then so must it's. But a well explanaition perhaps that you just additionally would not become a member of a faith that lies to you, slays you in self-declared holy wars after which torture you till you assert you suppose in it. But no **** it: Heres why each religions are, actually taken, whole bullshit Jesus was once a man that will get nailed to a work of wooden, resurrects himself after 3 days to be a few sort of Lich or Wraith and now needs you to devour his flesh and drink his blood so to additionally pass into a few Paradise-Wonderland. But if you do not do because the e-book says, that was once written by means of possibly a dozen persons, 1000's of years after jesus last loss of life, then you are going to pass someplace in which you are going to undergo from enormous soreness till the last judgement of his father comes, who's by some means himself and a few 3rd holy ghost multi functional. And then he has the center to get known as "loving". And Mohammed was once a few ******** that sat in a cave, entirely on psychedelics and wrote down a few holy sentences given to him by means of the ******* holy ghost, the archangel gabriel, as hes known as within the legends. So well-nigh your god created 2 religions simply in order that he can watch them battle approximately whos proper for his entertainment. Believer her! They literally believe in the absolute truth of their holy texts, but for God's sake, people, read what it says!
That's like saying, "We are holy. We have faith. We do what is right." All the time holding Charles Manson's diaries!
Here's a site that gives a bit more of what Islam DOESN'T want you to see.
Don't believe it. Get pre-911 copies of the books and read the quotes in context, but believe her! They believe in every word and believe in acting on it. They already have for centuries.
Tabari VII:3 "I recommend to you the fear of Allah, for the best thing which a Muslim can enjoin upon a Muslim is that he should...fear Allah. [Qur'an 87:10] "He who fears will obey."] Beware of what Allah has warned you concerning himself. The fear of Allah, for whoever acts according to it in fear and dread of his Lord is a trusty aid to what you desire. Allah says, ‘The sentence that comes from me cannot be changed, and I am in no wise a tyrant unto the slaves.' The fear of Allah will ward off Allah's hatred, retribution, and wrath."

First - you should really ask a question when asking a question. It helps.
Second, it's fine that they believe what they believe. It's not fine when ANYONE believes that war against non-believers is acceptable.
The Catholics tried it in the middle ages. It is now known as the Spanish Inquisition. It was just as wrong as Jihad.
Beliefs are so comforting to people, and are fine if they are kept as personal and used to strive to better yourself as a person. If you believe that it’s your duty to help your fellow man, then that’s a noble belief, so long as you don’t force your views or beliefs on others. If you kill someone because they’re selfish, then it’s not right.
I have no problem with any religion, or with anyone who is an Atheist. I have problems with fundamentalists of any religion who believe that theirs is the only belief structure, and that it’s their duty to “save” anyone who holds to a different belief.
I respect the rights of all people to believe what they wish to believe, so long as they do not enforce their beliefs on others, or harm others with their beliefs.

Christians & Jews don't know that Muslims believe in their prophets and holy books? However they also believe that those holy books are wrong and the prophets in them are different.....so can you really say that the statement "Christians & Jews don't know that Muslims believe in their prophets and holy books." true?
It is not. The Jesus of the Koran is different from the Jesus of the gospels and vice versa.
I would ask do Muslims believe that the Jesus of the gospels preached the gospels? If the answer is no, then it would not be the same Jesus would it.
--------------------------------
You said: "The Qu'ran had not one Arabic grammar mistake, which was recognized by the disbelievers at the time of the Prophet, who were the founders of the Arabic language....however there was no Quran at the time of the prophet.
muhammed was ridiculed by many respected arab poets....and they were assassinated
like Ka’b bin al-Ashraf....why did mo have to assassinate those who mocked him, if your statement is true?
He was also critized a lot by the jews of arabia in that time for his ignorance of history and their religion
-------------------------------
The Koran as you know did not even exist until it was compiled some time after Muhammed died by
Abu Bakr and Umar ibn al-Khattab (the later Caliph Umar), Abu Bakr asked Umar to oversee the collection of the revelations, because serious disputes had broken out among his troops from different provinces in regard to the correct readings of the Koran. Uthman chose Zayd ibn Thabit to prepare the official text. The record, when completed, was deposited with Hafsa bint Umar, daughter of Umar, and one of the wives of Muhammad. Later it became the basis of Uthman ibn Affan's definitive text of the Qur'an. However, other historians give Uthman the principal credit for collecting and preserving the Qur'an. Shi'as strongly refute the idea that Abu Bakr or Umar were instrumental in the collection or preservation of the Qur'an, rather accept Ali's Qur'an.
But anyway, as it was compiled by "transmitters". Thus a transmission is the Qur'an according to a particular authoritative Reader. Any modern Qur'an will be written according to one of these transmissions. You cannot read the Arabic Qur'an except according to one of these transmissions. Each of these transmissions has its own chain of narrators (isnad) like a hadith. It is of interest to our investigation to note that different transmissions are currently used around the world today:
Nafi` (from Medina; d. 169/785)
Ibn Kathir (from Mecca; d. 119/737)
Abu `Amr al-`Ala' (from Damascus; d. 153/770)
Ibn `Amir (from Basra; d. 118/736)
Hamzah (from Kufah; d. 156/772)
al-Qisa'i [sic] (from Kufah; d. 189/804)
Abu Bakr `Asim (from Kufah; d. 158/778)
scholars have proposed that some development of the text of the Qur'ān took place after the death of Muhammad and before a currently accepted version of the Qur'ān stabilized. One antique Qur'an was recently discovered in the Yemen. It is now lodged in the House of Manuscript in Sana'a.
It reveals unconventional verse orderings, minor textual variations, and rare styles of orthography and artistic embellishment. Enticing, too, were the sheets of the scripture written in the rare and early Hijazi Arabic script: pieces of the earliest Korans known to exist, they were also palimpsests -- versions very clearly written over even earlier, washed-off versions.
Now after covering that....what miracles are you speaking of, as I am not aware of any that can not be brushed aside in a few minutes. The only people who believe that all these "scientific discoveries" exist in the Koran are people who are committed to believing it, and therefor interpret something to make it seem that way. Also ignore anything done by the Romans, Greeks, Persians, ect. (most of the "science discoveries" examples I have heard were thought of by the Greeks a thousand years before, the rest are common observations: like clouds make rain...well duh*).
If you have any proof you think I can't question, please let me know.
It does not help that the notable errors in science, knowledge of the other 2 religions (it seems odd that the Koran presents the Christian Trinity as being God, Jesus, and Mary! (Sura 5:116), and history out weigh them by far.
The bible does not help your message either:
“But even if we (or an angel from heaven) should preach a Gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be condemned to hell!” (Galatians 1:8).
also see grammatical errors:
http://members.aol.com/AlHaqq4u/grammar.html
----------------------------------------
Now you also have to answer to the Christians and Jews: when and where did their religion get corrupted? Does an "original" gospel or torah exist? Why would god let his word get corrupted several times, then finally say..."ok, this one I will protect" --- That is illogical.
So, if Islam is the final part in the chain from jewish scripture, to the gosples to itself, shouldn't it be proved by the other 2?

Long before there were Jesus , Mohamed or Allah there were other GODs like Ram, Krishna and Seeta, and their holy book the Bhagwat Gita, thousands of years before they (Christians & Muslims) came. They are still around and worshipped by billions of folks. The unique thing about the Hindu religion its open to all and never claim to be the #1 like the Christians and the Muslims.

Islam - an introduction
Suhel Farooq Khan
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Arabic word Islam comes from the words Silm and Salam, which mean Peace.
Islam means submission or obedience to God.
In literal sense, it means complete surrender to the will of God.
In simple terms, Islam means to be obedient and faithful to the commands of God.
The religion of Islam calls for leading life in a manner that was told by Muhammad S, the last Rasul (Messenger) of God.
In the Arabic language, God is called Allah. The Arabic speaking Christians also use the word Allah for God. Allah (God) is the Sole Creator and Sustainer of everything that exists.
Islam is the oldest religion on earth. Allah (God) first sent Islam to this world through Adam A (Adam).
Adam A (Adam), the first man created by Allah (God), was the first Nabi (Messenger) on this earth, and Muhammad S was His last Rasul (Messenger).
Islam is the same religion that Allah (God) had sent repeatedly through all of His Rusul (Messengers). Some of those Rusul (Messengers) were Nuh A (Noah), Ibrahim A (Abraham), Dawud A (David), Isma’il A (Ishmael), Ishaq A (Isaac), Musa A (Moses), ‘Isa A (Jesus) and Muhammad S.
Through Muhammad S, Islam was reintroduced to mankind for the last time in the first half of the 7th century A.D.
Islam is a complete way of living. Unlike other religions, Islam is not a religion consisting of a few rituals, which are to be practiced occasionally. Islam covers every aspect of life.
Islam does not require any intermediaries for offering prayers to Allah (God). Islam is the only religion where one can seek pleasure of Allah (God) while leading a normal life. In Islam, every normal act of life becomes an ’Ibadah (Acts of Worship), if one follows simple Islamic laws. There is always an Islamic way of doing things that covers each and every aspect of life from eating and sleeping to working and playing.
More than 1,400 years ago, Islam had set up simple to follow guidelines, that maintains the individuality of its followers as well as sets up beautiful codes of social behavior.
In order to accept Islam as a way of life, one has to firmly believe in its fundamental principles. Contrary to the popular myth that Islam was spread by sword, Islam cannot be forced upon anyone. Forcing anyone into Islam is forbidden.Non-Muslims have to be convinced of the truth of Islam before accepting it.
There is no compulsion in religion. Verily, the Right Path has become distinct from the wrong path. Whoever disbelieves in Taghut and believes in Allah, then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break. And Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower.
Surah (Chapter) al-Baqarah (The Cow) Qur-an 2:256
Contrary to the common belief in the west, Islam is not an eastern religion. It is a universal religion, and its Rasul (Messenger), Muhammad S was sent as a mercy for the entire mankind.
Say (O Muhammad S) "O mankind Verily, I am sent to you all as the Messenger of Allah-to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. La ilaha ill Huwa (non has the right to be worshipped but He). It is He Who gives life and causes death. So believe in Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad S) the Prophet who can neither read nor write (i.e. Muhammad S), who believes in Allah and His Words [(this Qur-an), the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and also Allah's Word: "Be!"- and he was, i.e. 'Isa (Jesus) son of Maryam (Mary)], and follow him so that you may be guided.
Surah (Chapter) al-A’raf (The Heights) Qur-an 7: 158
And We have sent you (O Muhammad S) not, but as a mercy for the 'Alamin (mankind, jinn and all that exists).
Surah (Chapter) al-Anbiyah (The Messengers) Qur-an 21:107
Islam does not teach violence and considers it as one of the worst crime. But Islam being the first religion to recognize human rights and gender equality cannot afford to be a silent spectator of violence against humanity or oppression. Islam also allows self-defense. Fighting for self-defense and fight against oppression and violence is a recognized right in any civilized society.
Islam is an egalitarian religion. It is free from caste and class system. Islam treats all its followers the same. Arab Muslims are not superior to non-Arab Muslims; White Muslims are not any better than non-white Muslims. Allah (God) respects the righteous Muslims the most.
O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and
a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that you may know one another. Verily, the most honourable of you with Allah is that (believer) who has At-Taqwa [i.e. he is one of the Muttaqun (the pious. See V.2:2)]. Verily, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Aware.
Surah (Chapter) al-Hujurat (The Dwellings) Qur-an 49:13
Islam is the first religion, which recognized, defined, practiced and preached human rights fourteen hundred years ago. In Islam, all human beings are equal irrespective of the color of their skins, their place of birth or their social status.
A glimpse of this social equality can be witnessed at the time of prayers, five times a day in mosques allover the world, where Muslims stand shoulder to shoulder to offer prayers irrespective of their social status.
Many developed nations have yet to achieve the true social equality that Islam had achieved almost fifteen hundred years ago. Islam is a religion of peace.
