In December of 2006 i was a 50 year old woman who weighted 252. I have lost 60 pounds since then and am on the way to losing more. Go to your doctor and request help in finding a diet you can realistically live with. Then exercises at least an hour a day in half hour spurts. Don't get discouraged when you have plateau times and they will come. Just stay the course and slowly but surely the weight will come off. Men can lose weight quicker than women. I have found this to be true. I average two to three pounds a week. Good Luck and Blessed Be.

You probably want to reduce your calories to just 1500 calories per day. Choose to eat a diet that is either low in fat or low in carbs. Either works, choose which one you prefer.
Also, you want to start exercising. Talk to a doctor about suggestions. Try gradually working up to an hour a day. Studies have shown that those who exercise 60 minutes a day are able to keep the weight lost off long term. Swimming would be good exercise, or try walking 10,000 steps a day. Eventually, you could try running, but you need to work up to it if you are not currently active.
Also, make sure to do 90 minutes of strength training or weight lifting a week. Increasing your muscle mass increases your metabolism and will help you in your weight loss efforts. Muscles burn three times as many calories as the same weight of fat.
Good luck :)

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Diet and exercise, but I really recommend seeing a physician to get you started off the right way. Your doctor can refer you to a dietician or a diet that best suits you, and possibly give you a really good exercise program to maximize your weight loss.

You don't sound too overweight. Atkins is a fast way to get it off. Add 2-3 miles of walking a day and you could be at your goal in 1-2 months.

It probably was. Next time let him control the action... let him seduce you. Be passive. And cut the foreplay short the first time. He needs some success to build his confidence. Later things will be better. He probably has you on a pedestal. Ask him what he thinks it was and then make the changes.
