isn't this where the phrase 'the devil made me do it' comes in?

God's work is perfect, including Adam.
Adam was different from other creatures in that, he could choose to be loyal to God ...it wasn't instinctive.
It would be a wonderful thing, God thought, to have the most intelligent creature on earth co-operating with his Maker, out of love, appreciation, a desire to do so.
When tested, Adam chose family over God.
He was given a choice and he made it.
Sin, then entered human society.
Sin means simply: not living up to original standards.
God doesn't punish us for it.
There is no fire in hell.
So, it would seem your viewpoint is headed in the right direction ....keep going!

God did intend, and did make man perfect.
God did create the first man and woman with free will.
I believe God made Adam and Eve without the fear of them disobeying Him.
Adam and Eve would never had trespassed God were it not for The Serpent (Satan).
You see Adam and Eve were perfect.
It was Satan that tempted Eve, and Eve who later tempted Adam.
That is why God gave them free will- to give Adam and Eve the choice to resist the temptation.
If we did not have free will, how could we have dignity and integrity?

He didn't intend for us to be perfect, or he would have created another God. He intends for us to do the best that we can knowing we would make mistakes, So do the best that you can and repent when you fall short, and that,s all that he wants from us. But mistakes, I don't think so. Just think, if we were mistakes we could not ever enjoy living in paradise forever, hereafter. Sounds a little arrogant to me to even suggest such a thing, but then Lucifer thought he made a mistake by not letting him be his equal and look where he ended up. Now, that was a mistake! Drastic one.

God realized early on that he had made a big mistake.
In Genesis 6 he says "For I will destroy man whom I created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air: for it repenteth me that I made them."
Then he met Noah and amended his idea somewhat.
But God never changes, and do this day he regrets it; and for that reason 99.927% of all humans will end up in Hell forever.

If God wanted, He could make every one of would have been perfect.
WE give the example of perfection as Angels.
Angels cannot perform any action contrary to what they are meant to do.
As Human beings we are gifted freedom of performing Good or Bad actions, of course we are provided with this information.
Basing upon our Deeds we are graded accordingly.
Most important factor is that God is the Most Forgiving Most Beneficent Most Merciful Who shall forgive our mistakes and sins if we repent and submit ourselves.

I think God created the angels first, and lucifer, who was his favorite, was a fallen angel and he chose to leave God and go his own way. Lucifer is satan and he was established before God created man, so when God created man he gave him free will, so that he knew that if you chose to love God he would be doing on his own. I don't belive God makes a mistake he does everything for a reason, we just don't always have the capability to know why always. I believe that is for a reason too. I hope that makes sense.

God did NOT intend for man to be perfect. As a matter of fact he knew that we would be imperfect and gave us our own free agency to make our own decisions and in doing so he knew many would falter. Additionally, knowing we would not be perfect and that we would make mistakes he gave us ways to atone for our transgressions and still enter his kingdom. He is out Father like any father on earth. Our kids will not be perfect, their mistakes will upset us, but we will forgive them and love them just the same.

Ah, the ole doctrine of predestination...
We are born sinners - God created us knowing we'd be sinners - yet we have free will - yet God made us that way - yet our sin is our own fault - yet God is in control of the entire universe - yet the clay cannot fault the potter for what he made - yet God is Lord over angels - yet Satan somehow evades His grasp - yet...
How does God keep in total control of our actions, yet let us have free will? Mystery. We dirt are too insignificant to be able to comprehend the workings of God.
One of the great doctrines to shut down logical thinking among the masses, this. The Trinity is another one.

LOOK only God is perfect, if SHE wanted us to be perfect SHE would have created a world full of Gods, and She is the higher power! We have been created with consciences, which help us determine what is right and what is wrong, we create the paths through life in which we travel through our own doings!!!

God created mankind for himself, we were created so that out of our freewill, we will allow God to dwell with us, walk with us, and follow him. The Lord never said that mankind would be perfect, only that mankind would be made in his image.
