This is a tough one as there are so may kinds of really good cheese and since we're alway trying new ones, every so often we find a new favourite. As well some cheese taste really good in certain dishes.

On their own or on crackers I think Jarlesburg and Brie are fantastic. Muenster is pretty good too. My cat loves Guyere, which I find is great too but only on French onion soup.

I simply can't choose only one favorite. Impossible!

Havarti, muenster, cheddar, feta, provolone, baby swiss, port salut, parmesean, monterrey jack are the ones I opt for most often.
