If your dress didn't cost your more than $2600, then its cheap. Women your wedding day is special, something you have dreamed of since you were a little girl, don't let the pig you are marrying talk you out of getting less than $2600, if he does then he doesn't love you. Don't wear a cheap dress.. Take care

Faire attention

gee.. is it because you need to pay at least $2600 to make yourself feel pretty? how much the dress cost does not matter, you want something that you feel good in and 10 years later you can still say you look beautiful in that dress. is not the price that makes your wedding day special. i think you probably want to boast to your guests how much your dress cost... Good luck

I think about $1000 is a good price for a wedding dress. I have nothing against spending more than that, if the right dress cost that much. But, $1000 for a wedding dress is not cheap.
Trust me, I'm not a cheap person. I actually love designer clothing and bags. I have no problem with spending money. But, I do think you are wrong.

ummmm ok... I spent $99 on a dress that was $450 and its just as pretty (if not more) than a stupid $2600 dress. WHY spend that kind of money on a dress worn once. And sounds to me like your are snobbish, materialistic and a bridezilla. God have mercy on your soon to be "sensible" husband. The wedding is not about the dress, it about the love you share with the person you are marrying. Maybe you should put off getting married until you learn that.

If you're willing to pay $2600 for the sake of paying $2600 you aren't very smart. I'd rather buy the right dress for me. If I can get that for $100 at David's Bridal, I don't see why it matters. A pretty dress is a pretty dress no matter how much it costs.

Personally, the price of the dress doesnt concern me. And I dont know about most brides, but most certainly cant afford a dress that is more than 1500 after alterations. You can find a beautiful dress that is good quality for much less and there are more important things to spend your money on. Looking great on your wedding is nice, but you really dont have to spend that much. Who are you to make such judgments anyways?
Besides... that isnt even a question. :/

Don’t really see the point of the question.
But I think as long as you love the dress is shouldn’t matter how much it cost. My sister got her dress off EBay for 75 buck and she loves it and it fits her perfect and I can’t wait till July 8th to watch her walk down the aisle.

ha ha that was funny my wedding dress cost $50. If the price of the dress is the reason to dump the fiance than someone is not in love.

OK, first of all, how much of a gold-digger are you!! How can you measure love based on how much someone is willing to spend on you? That's just wrong. And another thing LADIES, PLEASE DONT SPEND $2,600 ON YOUR WEDDING DRESS UNLESS YOU PLAN TO WEAR IT TO EVERY OTHER EVENT YOU GET INVITED TO FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. You will never wear that dress again. Sure, you should still get yourself a beautiful dress, but why spend so much on it. My mom made my dress and we didnt spend more than $60 on it. And it's beautiful.
You are very shallow and a gold digger and I feel sorry for your fiancee.

I spent only $400 on my dress. And I know several people who got theirs at $99 sales at David's... The day is about your marriage and your relationship.. and it doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg.
