It depends on your goals.

My meals are anywhere from 150 - 350 calories, totalling around 1400 calories a day.

6 small meals a day is the best thing you can do to your body - it gets calories when it needs them and doesnt have any extra left to store in fat reserves.
if you need e.g. 1800cal to maintain your weight - then that would be 300cal/meal - you can take off one a little and put on the other a little - like breakfast 400cal and then snack 200cal
