Now both of those sites charge a $10 per ticket fee added to the fare so go to the individual airline web sites and search for the same flight numbers.

The second thing to remember is that fares are cheaper on certain days, like mid-week. So consider going early and staying in a hotel for a couple of days and seeing more of the island. Then fares are higher at certain times of the year, so put in some different dates that correspond with your cruise dates and see what happens with the fare.

I have been to Hawaii about 5 times and each time with American Airlines or United Airlines and the fares did not change that much from year to year if you look for the specials. I found fares from the East coast of between $600 & $700 per person each time.
