depression sucks no matter how you put it. Try to go outside and get some sunshine. maybe go for a walk in a public garden. it is a natural antidepressant. if you are still depressed, go see your doctor.there are now meds that can help and you may only have to take for a month or so. good luck and try to smile. you might even want to talk with a close friend about it. maybe they can shed some light on the subject. Depression hurts everyone including the people around you. try to figure out what is making you depressed and do something about it. I had to quit my job and start all over again, but now the depression is a thing of the past. good luck!!

Leave the house, work out, hang out with friends, start a new hobby, talk to a therapist, evaluate why you're feeling that way, and if nothing is wrong it could be a chemical imbalance.

the occasional situational depression is best alleviated by getting outside and getting active, in any fashion you choose, but just do it. This triggers the bodies natural mood elevators known as endorphins.

Start looking after yourself.........set goals write them down..........work towards achieving them......this includes not beating yourself up psychologically or spiritually. Realise that there are 3 main parts to your identity. Body. Mind and Spirit....if any of those things goes out of whack its not long till the other two go haywire as well.

Either think happy thoughts, or happier times, or go see someone and talk about it. Do NOT let it get to the point that it affects your everyday life! There are some WONDERFUL medicines today that can help ALOT!!!!

Exercise, talk to friends, listen to music..and if you're clinically depressed, see a psychiatrist.

Do something that makes you happy. For me it's a huge sandwich, turkey, ham, roast beef, tomato's, peppers, cheese, lettuce, avocado, onions, cucumbers, mayo, deli mustard, a little balsamic vinaigrette. MMM it makes me smile just thinking about it.

Talk with your doctor otherwise it might take over your life. Dont leave it take over but get it treated as soon as possible.
