Talk to your doctor about whether or not you even need a potassium or calcium pill. A daily multivitamin also provides doses of each of these and you CAN get too many vitamins. Usually they're flushed out by your body, but too much potassium can cause side effects. It'd be best to see your doctor, take all the vitamins with you in their respective bottles so that he/she can inspect them and determine if you need them.

Ask your Mother why the potassium pill because you may have a sensitivity. Did you know you can get natural potassium by eating a banana?

Perhaps you are just coming down with the flu so give it a day. Drinking lots of water and if you are tired, rest.

only one multi vitamin TAKE A BREAK ALL TOGETHER FROM VITAMINS you may have high levels of some metals ect from the vitamins in you NOT GOOD dont add to it let your body clense them out a bit the resume vitamins. If your going to mix call a doctor too much of vitamins can be seriously unhealthy I dont want to scare you but you could die (with serious consumption several a day for long periods

Usually when this happens you just need to put some food or liquid in your stomach. The pills are dissolving and causing your stomach to be upset. Mixing most over the counter pills is not a problem, they are water soluable. That means you will just pee out what your body doesn't need.

I would just drink A LOT OF WATER EVERYDAY, and eat fruits and veggies 4 to 7 meals per day. I would stay away from chemicals especially when they are not approved by FDA, nor has any written medical journal record on their study and research.
