Fish and chicken bones are more dangerous, chicken bones could splinter in your mouth and cause damage. Far as i know, pork or beef bones are fine, but dont think they have any kind of health benefits.

I also like to chew the bones. Sometime I skip meal but I am hungry. So, I took a piece of choped chicken, eg: cooked drum sticks or fried chicken wing and put it in my mouth to slowly chew and swallow. I was told the thing inside the bone is good for body. But of course, my method of eating is not encourage as I can be choke to death anytime and the bone often cut the gum or mouth and often get struck in between the teeth cauing it to rot. But you can always brush your teeth properly after eating. Right?

Avoid Chicken bones. These should not even be given to dogs. They splinter and can cause internal/stomach/intestine issues if the splinters stick into your organs.
