No, no, sweat is not all the fat coming out of your body. The fat gets used in different processes once you have exercised to perform different functions. The sweat you didn't wipe off most likely just evaporated into the air, just like water does off the skin after you take a shower. The salt, however, is probably still on your skin. Sweat is really just a water/salt combination, because too much salt is bad for the body. So, no, you will not put back on all the calories you burned off just because you didn't wipe off your sweat. It evaporated into thin air, at least the water part. Hope this helped :D

no, it evaporated. sweat has nothing to do with fat. if you burn fat, whatever happens to the sweat won't change the fat that's been burned. the only way the fat will come back is if you stop at a fast food place on the way home.

Sweat is part of our body's natural cooling system. When it evaporates it cools us down. Once sweat forms it does not go back into the body.

sweat is not fat, sweat is water, and it evaporates. It has nothing whatever to do with burning fat.

No, sweetie, your body doesn't reabsorb sweat. Sweat just evaporates. However, sweat doesn't contain body fat. Sweating doesn't burn fat; it's the exercise that produces sweat that does the fat burning. Just because you've sweated, that doesn't mean any fat was burned; it may just mean that you're really hot. The two aren't connected.
