Very few can be vocational smokers - people who smoke just one or two cigarettes a day, and not a pack. The vast majority of us just get addicted once we start the habit.

If you've got to get off smoking, do so now.

Yep you are addicted...it doesn't take much. When all you can do is think about your next smoke and basically have an anxiety attack when you are out of cigarettes then you know you're addicted

yes it does, and the longer you smoke the harder it will be to quit, if you are smart you will toss the rest of the pack out, live with the nervousness for a day or two, and never ever smoke again.

It doesn't neccaserily mean that you're addicted just that you're body craves them to calm you. Addiction i more of a mental desire to have something.

I hope that helps.

Haven't you heard? Cigarettes are harder to quit than heroin. I wish I never started at the age of 19 years old. I'm still hooked, and wish I weren't. Quit if you can. Entirely.

If you could walk away from them right now and never have another one, you are not addicted yet.

yes. try going all day without one. if you start feeling like you can't, you're addicted.
