I don't think it is polite at any time. If it happens it happens, just say excuse me. If it does happen you will see if your date really likes you or not if they accept another date.......

It is never Polite to break wind, there is no certain date you can do this. It is however a human bodily function. Like my mom always said, "Better out than in", ha ha. Try to go to another room or excuse yourself to the bathroom.

It's never polite, but it is tolerable after the first year of marriage. By that time, you are either a gentlemen/lady or you just don't care what he/she thinks.

I am not going to give my self a tummy ache at your expence! If it happens it happens. If your date cannot accept that they apparently don't fart and will eventually blow up-I might go to the bathroom to do it-but hell thats life. I am a redneck girl though-thats the way I was raised

Yes, but it's considered somewhat rude to immediately push her head under the covers. That's for after marriage.

I didn't think it was polite anytime. Excuse yourself to the bathroom, take a beano prior too, and don't order anything that will make you gasy.

It should never be done in the presence of anybody. first of all it is impolite and secondly it can be returned back.

Fart all you want. There in no "right " time. Do not do it at dinner/ infront of parents/in the car.
