Has anyone ever flown with this company before...and how did u find it??????

Unfortunately they have a bad reputation. Their mishandled luggage rate is one of the highest in the industry. I flew with US Airways in 1998 and did not find them to be the greatest airline. Maybe because the flight was a red-eye from LAX to Pittsburgh. All we got on the flight was a cup of coffee. I am hearing that they are improving their service but it seems as though people prefer the low cost carriers versus the legacy carriers as the low cost carriers tend to have a better in-flight experience rating by passengers.

I've flown with them. They're fine.
I'm not sure I know what you mean by "how did you find it?" They're a big company, so I knew about them from reading the newspaper. I got tickets with them through an agent. I found their check-in counter at the airport by following the signs in the airport. I found the departure gate by following the signs in the airport. If you get lost, there are lots of people around that you can ask for directions.

I fly them usually at least once a week (I fly a lot for work). It's actually pretty good and their service has improved considerably the past couple years. They're a decent airline.

Don't like them. I call them "US Worst." Always late departures.
Don't like United either. Always canceling flights.
Luckily, I get to fly Alaska for most flights (up and down the west coast).
Hawaiian to Hawaii. American & Northwest for longer hauls. I flew Continental for the first time recently and liked my experience with them.
No to SouthWorst too. There are other airlines with the same fare and better service. Just keep looking.
