A lot is wrong with this question -- it is not a question, it is in the Religion section, it is badly spelled and has poor grammar.
As a statement, it makes no sense, either. There are any number of large and small drug companies. They compete with each other. If one had a cure for a specific cancer they would test it and release it in the usual manner. Why not? There is huge money to be made, especially if one company has a monopoly on the drug.

The question to be a question should be rephrased ase
There is no cure for cancer but if there were to be one would the drug companies be despicable enough to keep it away from the public?

It is stated that there is no cure for cancer. Then if there was and you blame the drug companies it is not their fault. We don't know they are the ones keeping it from us. It could be the government. Or maybe they haven't finished the drug yet for the cure and it has horrible side effects.

You are assuming that if there was a cure, the drug companies would keep it from the public.
What's wrong with the question?
1) There's no reason to assume that they would keep it from the public
2) If they're as greedy as people think they are, they would sell it, and make mucho bucks, otherwise, why spend money to reaserch a cure

Since this is the Religion & Spirituality section, I will put it in its proper context.
There is no cure for sin--it is a terminal blood disease. There is a cure and it requires a blood transfusion from the Savior. It has not been kept secret, and it is available free for the asking.

Adding a question mark to the end of a statement doesn't make it a question

Well, it's in the wrong category, despicable is misspelled and there is no actual question it's a statement with a question mark at the end.

It is an inflamatory supposition that can elicit only a negative response, a very foolish way to force opinon.
