I have been studying that subject and there is so much evidence that point to the flawlessly true Bible.
What keeps me convinced: My relationship with God.

Through the ages, the Bible has lost it's plain and precious things. After being translated several times, it has lost things that were important to know. Even if someone were to learn the original language of the Bible, they would still translate incorrectly. Only with the Holy Spirit guiding you as you read, can one discover the true doctrines within the Bible. By revelation through the Holy Ghost, one will find the lost principles, no matter the translation.

Actually, our Bible Study came upon 1Samuel13:5, about the '30,000' chariots earlier this week. The leader of our group pointed out the difference between a scribal error, which is irrelevant, and the inerrancy of the Spiritual Truth embodied in Scripture.
And to elohimself, if you consider the word 'Timeline', all will become clear.

Because the Holy Spirit told me so. And so did the enemy.
When my husband and I humbled and surrendered ourselves to Jesus, the enemy's spirits of darkness did not like that (two less souls to keep in bondage!) and wreaked havoc in my house and on my kids for months. The more we studied the Word of God and spread the news of our deliverance, the more we had to rebuke the spirits that fought to silence us. The devil doesn't give up trying to convert you back to darkness; he tried to plant doubts in our minds that our rebirth was a hoax, a figment of our imagination, and that the Word of God is silly. Not so. God already has victory! In His Name, even demons tremble (James 2:19); they know what the final score is: 1-0 Jesus on top!
The devil doesn't want you knowing this truth and tries to keep your spiritual eyes covered and asleep to the Good News. And there is much evidence to support the fact that many people are skeptical of the bible today.
Only through surrender and repentence to Jesus alone, the truth is revealed; everyone else not saved will think the bible is nonsense (1 Corinthians 1:17-19 NIV).

Here are some of my quotes:
Only with Our Creator's Love and Peace will we be Truly Free!
Without God, there is No Love; Without religion, there are No Wars!

I am hoping this is a serious question. Through faith and study I believe that the Bible is the word of God and is flawlessly true. I choose to continue in my beliefs because as I try and test the teachings and concepts they prove themselves. It is tried and true. Just reading it will get you nowhere. It's study must be mixed with faith.

The prophecies of the Bible got my attention, the consistency of God's demands for salvation held my mind on it's teachings. The love that God showed though Jesus Christ convinced me... Jim

Simple matter of faith. Most will tell you the bible is true because Jesus tells you so, or they believe in Jesus because the bible tells you so. Some hardcore religious fanatics keep themselves going by the fear of death. Some simply say "This makes me feel good and special so it has to be true". Me...... no comment :)

I don't see how anybody can believe in Biblical inerrancy. The gospels can't agree among themselves whether Mary and which of certain other women visited Jesus tomb before or after the sun rose that morning or whether they met one man, two men or two angels when they arrived. Luke and Matthew are in substantial conflict on Jesus' genealogy.
