It's perfectly OK to do that. If kittens get used to having a bath now and then they won't be so adverse to it when they are older. Use baby shampoo in case any gets in their eyes. Start with just a drop or two of shampoo - otherwise you will be rinsing the kitten forever.
Regular baths are not a great idea. Cats will take care of their personal hygiene on their own. Too much bathing can result in dry, itchy skin.

She stinks because she's been "bathing' herself, probably. Some cats have really stinky breath. It's great that she likes water; but unless she rolls in poo, and I've never known a cat to do that; or she somehow gets into mud, or soot, as cats are quite the explorers, she can take care of herself in that regard. Oh, there is one other possible reason you would have to bathe her, and that is if her tummy got upset, and she made a mess on her rear end, and/or tail, and backs of her legs; but if her tummy ever got that upset make sure you check with your vet, and do your best to make sure she hasn't eaten anything she shouldn't have.

Yes you can bathe her but don't do it in the tub because it scares them. Just fill up the bathroom sink half way with luke warm water; trust me they are not gonna like it too much but if you do it slowly and show them that it not hurting them it will be alot easier, because they will sit still if you do it slowly and calmly....oh ya try not to run the water while they are in the sink it scares them. Try not to use human soap or shampoo because it dries out their skin, they have nice smelling shampoo at the pet store for like 7 bucks. Then just pat them dry with a towel and they will do the rest. Good luck

Yes, you can bathe your kitten. Use cat shampoo or mild baby shampoo and make sure to rinse well. Trim nails before starting. Comb through before and after and if possible have a friend to help as four hands are better than two!

Of course, plus if she likes it when you splash her with water that will make it even easier giving her a bath. You would have to do the applying and rubbing of soap and stuff. Also, don't use human soap and shampoos, go to your nearest Petco's or Pet Smart and buy their bathing products. Good luck.

Of course you can! be sure to use a shampoo made for kittens. If you don't want to do it yourself, take her to a groomer and have it done. Make sure her first bath experience is a pleasant one. Make sure you don't fill up the sink deep with water, reassure her, offer her a treat when you're done and some extra attention.

Yes. My husband & I bathe our cat all the time. He grabs her by the scruff of her neck while he bathes her. She freaks out at first but she settles down. She had an eye infection and smelled terrible when we first got her so she got used to the process. I do recommend wrapping her up real good with two towels (like bundling a baby) b/c they will want to run and hide. (ie. litter box, litter sticks to wet cat LOL, under bed where dust collects, etc.) Good luck.

Of course you can bathe her. Make sure to use a shampoo designed for pets. Human shampoos strip the natural oils of their skin and will give you a kitten with dry flaky skin.

What does she smell like? Does she smell like the litter box (she just doesn't clean herself well) or is it something else? Cats, in general, do not smell. You may want to take her to the vet to rule out any health-related reasons for the smell. If she checks out ok, you can try to give her a bath. Also, just because a cat likes to be splashed with water doesn't mean they want to be immersed in it. You can try the kitty bath wipes...most (not all) cats like them.

Of course you can give her a bath. Make sure to use cat shampoo and that the water is warm but not too hot. Make sure that you dry her off good as well.
I would suggest shutting your bathroom door too. Even tho my kitty likes water he was not happy with a bath and I had to shut the door to keep him from screeching through the rest of the house!
good luck!
